Nutrient Film Technique

NFT systems involve a shallow film of nutrient solution constantly recirculating past the plants roots. The solution is pumped to the NFT channel, flowing over the roots, then drains to the reservoir.

Ebb & Flow

Ebb and Flow hydroponics are active recovery based flood and drain systems, using trays, growing medium, nutrient solution reservoirs and pumps. They are low maintenance and highly effective.

Drip Irrigation Systems

A reservoir of nutrient feed is pumped via drippers to plants usually supported in pots or more often in rock wool cubes or slabs. The excess nutrient may then be re-circulated or allowed to drain away - known as run to waste.
