Our 30-day Returns Guarantee
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in
its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact)
and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Specific rules apply regarding refunds of delivery charges (see our Refunds Policy).
NB: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items
that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
In the event of www.hydroleaf.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must allow us
to arrange the return of the item to www.hydroleaf.com within 14 days. www.hydroleaf.com reserves the right to
charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original
item to us within 30 days of the date on which www.hydroleaf.com confirms we will issue a replacement. In the event you
paid cash for your goods www.hydroleaf.com will only be able to send a replacement to you once we have received the returned goods.
Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you take delivery of a www.hydroleaf.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit,
a faulty/defective item has been delivered or we have sent you an 'incorrect' item, you can return the item(s) to us
within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Fill out the returns form and send the
form to us and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. You will receive a Returns Authorisation detailing the
procedure to be followed.
Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault.
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so
that they can rectify the problem for you.
NB: in the event of www.hydroleaf.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item,
you must allow us to arrange for the return of the original item to www.hydroleaf.com within 30 days of our e-mail
confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided this item is returned to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing
more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an
amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.

In the event you feel you would like to return your goods under our 30 day guarantee or within the 7-day cooling off period
(for more information see Your Statutory Rights),
you are required to fill out our returns form and send the form to us and we will
reply with a Returns Authorisation detailing the procedure to be followed.

For all returns: - you are required to fill out the Returns Form and send it to us
in order to process any returns or refunds.
